    Actually, this is A LOT like picking a baby name 🙂

    Here are my suggestions:

    Pick a name with 3 words. Odd numbers are interesting, but any more than 3 and people either won’t remember it or will automatically shorten it.

    Stay away from the ‘gli’ letter combination – most Americans cannot pronounce it correctly.

    Also, keep in mind the names of any other villas or hotels in the area and make sure yours is significantly different to avoid confusion.

    If the house is a villa (detatched with some gardens), then use ‘villa’ in the name (people will pay more to stay at a villa). If it is attached to the buildings around it, go with ‘casa’.

    Of the names on the list, I like Villa Mattina d’Oro the best for the lovely image it evokes.

    Congratulations and enjoy the journey!

    Rusty I like Villa Verde de Serenita. Don’t know my italian too well, but in english it would be tThe Green Villa of Serenity or you might prefer casa verde, but somehow I like the alliteration!

    you should keep it to two words so it rolls off the tongue, especially when drunk; also you should plan to keep a supply of (!@#%*) for the guests if they ask for them; i heard they were real popular especially with germans or is it japanese?;

    on second thought, maybe you could call it something like “las vegasito in la tucanyito”…no wait thats spanish?? oh well;

    cant wait to visit

    love
